Charmed

Three sisters will be the most powerful witches the world has ever known. They will be the Charmed Ones.

Charmed is about the Halliwell sisters- Prue (Shannen Doherty) , Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano). These sisters are the most powerful witches in the world; the Charmed Ones.

Their mother, Patty Halliwell (Finola Hughes) was a witch and was their Grandmother, Penny 'Grams' Halliwell (Jennifer Rhodes). When the Halliwell sisters were young their mother died during a fight with a demon. Their father, Victor (Tony Denison) had moved away after he divorced Patty, so their Grams raised them in her Victorian manor house.

The sisters never knew about their powers or that they came from a family of witches.

Phoebe tried to find their father in New York. When their Grandmother died they inherited her house in San Francisco. Prue and Piper moved into it after Grams died. When Phoebe's search wasn't successful she returned home to san Francisco. That evening Phoebe discover their family's history and their fate. Phoebe was the sister who awakened their powers. Since then, they'll never be safe with warlocks everywhere wanting their powers.

They have always been different, but now they are close and are best friends.

Prue was killed at the hands of a demon. With only two of the three sisters the triple link was broken. This is when Piper and Phoebe discovered they had a half sister, Paige (Rose McGowan).
